4. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly retainer fees are due on the same date each month
• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Prices may be subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Performance and Guarantees

• Results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control
• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings

7. Confidentiality

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination may occur for breach of contract
• All outstanding fees must be paid upon termination

RankSaga LTD's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
